Application Procedure

Step 1: E-Application  (Register of Interest)

During or before the E-Application week, interested applicants are required to submit a manual E-Application form. The questionnaires will be asked in order to assess your eligibility to purchase an EC.  If you are eligible to purchase, this form serves as an application form to purchase your preferred EC.

Upon successful of E-Application, a unique Registration Number and Letter of Acknowledgement will be given for you to secure a seat in balloting day.

During the E-Application week, the project site model will be ready for viewing. The showroom units may or may not be ready at this time.

For E-Application, applicants will need to furnish the following supporting documents:

  • Proof of Identity: NRIC / Student Pass
  • Proof of Relationship: Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Income: 3 months payslips for fixed salaried employees / 12 months payslips for commission based personnel / Notice of Assessment (NOA) & ACRA Biz Profile for self-employed.

Step 2: Showflat Viewing, Price Release and Ballot Results 

Applicants who have successfully registered by submitting E-application form will have priority to view show room and release price list a few days prior to Booking Day.

Applicants can check your Ballot Results via HDB website comes with:

  • Ballot Queue Number
  • Allocated booking time slot

Please note that mode of sales can be changed subject to developer discretion. Most of the EC developers are prefer to adopt live balloting by issuing ballot number for applicants who attended on the booking day. Therefore, waiting time for the booking exercise will be longer.

Step 3: Booking / Balloting Day

Usually balloting exercise will be conducted during the pre-launch of an Executive Condominium project. Only applicants who have expressed their interest during the E-Application period will be eligible to participate in the ballot. Ballot participants will be given priority in unit selection, in addition, some developers give additional discounts/freebies to ballot participants.

Prior to Booking Day, applicants are advise to shortlist up to 10 to 20 units preferred units. This is to ensure that when it is your turn to select a unit, you are able to make wise  decision on the spot based on the available units.

On Booking Day, applicants shall arrive 45 minutes before your allocated time slot or the time of balloting start (10am) for registration and obtain a ballot number.

Furthermore, if you are interested in an Executive Condominium project, I strongly recommend you to submit E-application form to register for the balloting exercise to enjoy the additional benefits. There is no penalty if you choose not to make a purchase on booking day.
